The City Hearts Open Days and Interview Days are held throughout the year. If you are interested in seeing how the City Hearts project operates then the Open Day is suitable for you. If you would like to apply for the project then please send in your application form by the date requested and if we feel City Hearts may be the right place for you we will fit you in to the next available Interview Day.
OPEN DAY
The next City Hearts Open Day is on Wednesday 29th September 2010. This will be held at the Megacentre in Sheffield from 1pm - 4pm. To book your place please call Emma on 0114 213 2063 or e-mail CITY HEARTS. COST: £5 PER PERSON
Purpose
The purpose of the City Hearts Open Day is four fold:
1. For staff/volunteers from other similar projects to see if City Hearts is suitable for them to refer young women they are working with (please note personal identification and proof of organisation will be required).
2. For staff/volunteers from other projects to see how City Hearts can link with them to provide a stronger overall service for young women (personal identification and proof of organisation will be required).
3. For young women who may be considering the City Hearts programme for themselves to come and look around (please note a reference will be required).
4. For City Hearts Sponsors, or those considering sponsorship, to get an update on the project and have a look personally at what they are supporting.
Outline
The following is a basic schedule for the Open Day. A detailed outline will be sent to you when you book for the day.
1:00pm - Welcome and Coffee
1:30pm - Introduction to City Hearts
2.30pm - Question Time
2:45pm - Coffee Break
3.00pm - Megacentre Tour
3:30pm - Visit City Hearts House

INTERVIEW DAY
Information
- City Hearts will be holding interviews for the City Hearts programme on Wednesday 23rd June 2010.
- Interviews will take place between 1pm-4pm.
- Interviews will be held at the Megacentre in Sheffield.
- Interviews will only be arranged after an application form has been submitted and if City Hearts feels this project will be beneficial to you.
- The deadline for all application forms to be sent to the City Hearts office is Wednesday 16th June 2010.
- On receipt of your application form you will receive a phone call to let you know if City Hearts may be a suitable project for you. An interview will then be arranged.
- An information pack about City Hearts will be sent to you when your interview is arranged.

Tour - Group tour of the Megacentre
House - Group visit to the City Hearts House
